Patient Navigator Program
Patient Navigators offer services to women at Dana-Farber / Brigham and Women's Cancer Center who have been diagnosed, or who are at high risk of being diagnosed, with breast or cervical cancer. The Patient Navigator Program has been developed to address the issue of health disparities with a particular focus on impacting disparities of health outcomes in the breast and cervical population. The Patient Navigators, who are bilingual in English and Spanish, help patients make their way through the healthcare system by providing access and identifying resources for women of diverse backgrounds, whose socioeconomic status, limited English proficiency, disability status, or payment status (uninsured/underinsured) may be a potential barrier to care.
To contact the Patient Navigator Program, please call (617) 632-4720. This is a bilingual line.
