Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries,
- and blackberries)
- 1 cup diced, peeled, pitted mango (about 1 large)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Puree until very smooth
- Pour into glasses
