Generally, outpatient care for cancer and related diseases takes place at Dana-Farber, and inpatient care takes place at Brigham and Women's. These institutions are neighbors connected by bridges, and also by a commitment to work together in offering world-class cancer care.

At Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women's Cancer Center, care is provided in 12 specialized treatment centers by a multidisciplinary team of cancer experts committed to delivering the latest medical, surgical and radiation therapies. Patients also have access to clinical research trials that offer access to promising new treatments.
